Karman AI is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform that enables property inspections, image analysis, report generation, and workflow management. The platform is intended for use by roofing contractors, inspection companies, and enterprise field service teams.

3. Accounts and Organizations

User accounts may be associated with an organization, workspace, or business entity. Access to features and data may be controlled by that organization’s administrators and subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions and paid plans for Karman AI are purchased outside of the mobile application through our website, direct agreements, or invoicing. The Karman AI mobile application does not offer in-app purchases or payment processing.

Access to features, including the number of inspections or reports, may be limited based on the applicable subscription plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Upload malicious code or interfere with system integrity
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Access data or accounts without authorization

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data, images, and content you upload to Karman AI. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and use all content submitted to the platform.

7. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the application. Upon deletion, access to the platform is revoked and associated data will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Karman AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karman Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits arising from use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
